汤面菜饺
汤面是一种用玉米面粗粮细做的食品。将玉米先用水泡涨后,用机器磨成糊状(俗称水面),放酸后可以制成满族特色小吃酸汤子。我今天用的这种是还没有放酸和面粉按照1:1的比例做成面皮包成菜饺子。面皮很劲道,口感也很好。

Steps to make 汤面菜饺

  • 1.准备好汤面和面粉
  • 2.加入适量的清水和成面团,醒30分钟
  • 3.大白菜用刀切成细丝,用开水焯一下,用清水冲凉剁成馅,团成团挤干水分备用
  • 4.五花肉剁成肉馅
  • 5.加入香菜,生抽,料酒,葱,胡椒粉,香油,盐拌匀
  • 6.加入白菜馅和小海米拌匀
  • 7.面醒好后,分成30克左右一个的小面团,擀成面皮
  • 8.包入适量的馅料
  • 9.包成菜饺子
  • 10.蒸锅的盖帘上刷上一层薄薄的油,这样就不会粘低
  • 11.菜饺子均匀的放在盖帘上,大火蒸15分钟即可
  • 12.开吃吧
