    • 1.糯米需隔夜浸泡6个小时,准备土豆、香菇
    • 2.五花肉剁碎
    • 3.有搅拌机的可以将土豆、洋葱、香菇打碎,那样做出来口感更细腻,没有用刀多剁一会儿
    • 4.将所有食材一起放出碗中按顺时针搅拌,加入调料盐、生抽、香油、葱姜蒜、料酒、鸡蛋、生粉,搅拌均匀
    • 5.将搅好后的团子裹上去水后的糯米,放入蒸笼
    • 6.电饭煲煮饭档,蒸20~25分钟即可,出笼洒葱点缀,完成。
