蔓越莓威风蛋糕
以前一直想着如果有一天自己也能做蛋糕该多好,但是又没有去努力,就只是单纯的羡慕着,看着达人们的作品流哈撒子…现在因为美天这个平台,因为ACA给了这样一个机会,我才知道,原来蛋糕饼干啥的也不是想象的那么难,虽然也不是做菜那样简单…
我只是单纯地想做给我的孩子吃健康没有添加剂的零食,这样足够了

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低粉40克
  • 白糖30克
  • 牛奶20ml
  • 色拉油20ml

Steps to make 蔓越莓威风蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材,低粉,白糖,鸡蛋,牛奶,蔓越莓等
  • 2.蛋黄分离,将色拉油,牛奶加入蛋黄
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉
  • 5.画Z字搅拌成糊
  • 6.蛋清加一滴醋打发
  • 7.分三次加入白糖打发至干性
  • 8.将打发好的蛋白霜分次加入蛋黄糊中
  • 9.上下翻拌均匀
  • 10.倒入蔓越莓
  • 11.翻拌均匀
  • 12.倒入模具中,震出气泡
  • 13.烤箱145℃预热,放入烤箱中下层,烘焙20分钟,转175℃烤箱下层25分钟即可(温度看个人烤箱而定,我这是ACA的)
  • 14.出炉拉
  • 15.成品
