Steps to make 戚风蛋糕杯

  • 1.蛋白与蛋黄分离后,蛋黄加入糖粉用蛋抽搅匀,加入牛奶搅匀最后加入玉米油搅匀
  • 2.搅匀后的蛋黄液呈乳白状
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀即可,切记不了划圈
  • 5.蛋白加入几滴柠檬汁用电动打蛋器打至出现鱼眼泡加入三分之一白糖
  • 6.继续打发,出现细泡加入第二次三分之一白糖
  • 7.继续打发,出现细纹加入最后一次白糖
  • 8.当提起打蛋头出现小尖角即可
  • 9.取一半的蛋白糊到蛋黄糊里用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 10.拌匀后倒到蛋白盆里与剩下的蛋白拌匀
  • 11.拌好的蛋糕糊应该是细腻无大气泡状态
  • 12.装入一次性裱花袋剪开一个口子注入纸杯
  • 13.八分满,并轻震几下震出大气泡放入上下火180度预热好的烤箱中层烤制25分钟
  • 14.出炉晾凉即可食用
