香菜肉丸汤

Steps to make 香菜肉丸汤

  • 1.娃娃菜洗净,用手掰成小块。
  • 2.香菜洗净切成小段。
  • 3.肉馅中加入盐1克,白胡椒粉少许,蛋清1个,拌匀。肉馅放入蛋清,做出的丸子又软又嫩。
  • 4.将切好的香菜大部分放入肉馅中拌匀。剩余小部分开锅后使用。
  • 5.锅中放水和娃娃菜,放入1克盐,煮开。
  • 6.汆好丸子下入锅中,煮至丸子漂起,关火,撒入剩余的香菜末。汤鲜味美。
