Steps to make Fennel pork dumplings
- 1. Prepare the raw materials.
- 2. Wash and chop fennel into small pieces.
- 3. Add Sichuan pepper to water and cook for 2 minutes.
- 4. Pour a little cool Sichuan pepper water into the meat filling and beat until it becomes sticky.
- 5. Add fennel, chopped scallions, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and cooking wine to the prepared meat filling and mix well.
