  • 1.西葫芦先对半切开再切成薄片
  • 2.青虾仁处理干净,用厨房纸吸干水分
  • 3.鸡片冲洗干净挤干水分
  • 4.把虾仁和鸡片放入盆里家适量料酒、姜汁、黑胡椒碎、盐、生粉搅拌均匀,腌制一会
  • 5.起油锅爆香蒜片
  • 6.放入虾仁、鸡篇炒至断生变色捞出
  • 7.锅里剩底油,放入西葫芦片翻炒
  • 8.等西葫芦变得有点发软后加点盐,再倒入炒过的虾仁、鸡片继续翻炒一会
