又是一个周末啊!又是一顿披萨餐啊!今天的主题是火腿肠!我最喜欢吃火腿肠了!就算没有其他的菜!给我跟火腿肠也能当一餐吃了!O(∩_∩)O~而且!必须要双汇王中王的!这种的里面才有肉!前段时间双汇出事了!妈妈不准我吃了!憋得我啊!那段可怕的时间过去了!现在可以买了!但是!时间要现在的才可以吃!高兴啊!披萨刚做好!就被家里人扫荡一空!O(∩_∩)O哈哈~开心啊!!

Steps to make 小文子出品~!【DIY火腿双层披萨】

  • 1.准备好原料。
  • 2.酵母,糖和盐溶于温水,加入面粉中揉成光滑的面团,放温暖处发酵。
  • 3.发酵好的面团插洞,不回缩不下陷即可。
  • 4.面团取出排气,分两份。
  • 5.擀成烤盘大小的面皮,一份放在烤盘上。
  • 6.在面皮上涂上披萨酱。
  • 7.撒上玉米粒和奶酪粒。
  • 8.将另一片面皮盖上,稍稍压紧。
  • 9.将亲亲肠切两瓣,摆在周边。
  • 10.烤肉火腿切丝摆上,撒上玉米粒和奶酪粒,再将青红椒丝间隔摆上。
  • 11.将火腿肠切片,摆上一圈,再撒上一切奶酪粒。
  • 12.再放上几条青红椒。
  • 13.烤箱,上下火,150°,18分钟。
  • 14.成品出锅了!
  • 15.开始吃咯!
  • 16.来张近照,自己的就是实在啊!
