  • 1.面粉+水适量搅和匀成酸奶状,放半个鸡蛋、玉米油再次搅匀无颗粒放置20分钟。

  • 3.用薄饼机蘸一下子再翻过来,一会边上皮向上卷就熟了,所有煎饼都烙好。
  • 4.鸡蛋加少许油边炒边用筷子搅碎,放凉。
  • 5.鸡蛋中放入虾皮、生抽、花椒粉、盐、鸡精、油和匀,放入韭菜碎。
  • 6.取一张,放上馅。
  • 7.两边对折。
  • 8.另外两边也对折,包好的盒子。
  • 9.包好。
  • 10.油热放入煎。
  • 11.至两面金黄。
  • 12.好了。
  • 13.皮又薄又脆。
