Fried Bacon with Okra

Steps to make Fried Bacon with Okra

  • 1. Wash the okra and yellow bell peppers, and rinse the bacon with water for later use.
  • 2. Boil water in a pot and blanch washed okra for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Remove the okra, cool it with cold water and drain it.
  • 4. Cut the okra diagonally into sections, shred the yellow pepper, and cut the bacon into small pieces for later use.
  • 5. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pot, add ginger slices and garlic cloves and stir fry until fragrant, then add bacon and stir fry until the oil is slightly reduced.
  • 6. Add yellow bell peppers and stir fry together.
