Steps to make 海参鸡汤

  • 1.将鸡泡水洗净,摘净内脏及杂物,洗去血水,用厨房纸吸去水分,放置备用;
  • 2.将葱切段,姜切片,准备若干鸡粉、盐辅料;海参解冻,沥水备用;
  • 3.备置的鸡切成2-3厘米小块;
  • 4.在锅中倒入适量的清水,将切好的鸡块放入锅中,开火,水沸后大火煮1min,使切面断生;
  • 5.将焯水后的鸡块用流水冲洗干净,放置盘子备用;
  • 6.锅内放入适量清水,将焯水后的鸡块倒入,并将葱段、姜片放入锅中,中火慢炖120min,放入海参,再炖煮30min,即可出锅;
  • 7.关火后根据个人口味添加适量盐、鸡粉,盛出一碗营养美味的海参鸡汤,享受美好时光。
