    Steps to make 炒白菜

    • 1.把白菜的老帮拆掉,尽量用比较嫩的部分,洗净备用。
    • 2.把菜帮和菜叶分别撕成小块。
    • 3.葱和姜分别切碎。
    • 4.锅中入花生油和猪油。
    • 5.下入葱姜爆香。
    • 6.先下入菜帮煸炒。
    • 7.喜欢吃脆口的,菜帮就少炒一会,喜欢吃蔫软的就多炒一会,然后加入菜叶。
    • 8.炒至菜叶蔫软,加入盐和生抽翻炒均匀即可出锅。
