朝鲜冷面
冷面,是朝鲜族的传统食品,用荞麦面或小麦面(也有用玉米面、高粱米面)制作而成,柔韧耐嚼,凉爽清淡,其中的咸、辣,伴随着酸甜,滑顺润喉,可令人食欲大增。朝鲜族有在正月初四中午,以及过生日时吃冷面的传统,据民间传说,这一天吃了纤细绵长的冷面,就会预兆多福多寿、长命百岁,因此冷面在朝鲜也叫“长寿面。”

Steps to make 朝鲜冷面

  • 1.准备所需食材:八月白山荞麦面冷面、黄瓜、、西红柿、熟鸡蛋
  • 2.冷面先用冷水浸,大约10~15分钟
  • 3.把泡好的冷面,用沸水煮熟
  • 4.捞出,再用冷水过3~4次,再捞出控去水分备用
