红烧肉
红烧肉的做法很多,这种做法只是我自己比较喜欢的一种做法,每个人的口味不一样,有人喜欢硬一点的,有人喜欢入口即化的,有人喜欢颜色深的,有人喜欢颜色浅的,我的这种做法我自己感觉入口即化,不会油腻。

  • 带皮五花肉500克
  • 25克
  • 香葱20克
  • 八角(大料)2枚
  • 桂皮1块
  • 冰糖5粒

Steps to make 红烧肉

  • 1.带皮五花肉500克。
  • 2.八角(大料)2枚、桂皮1块、姜25克、香葱20克、冰糖5粒、料酒、老抽。
  • 3.炒锅放水、五花肉放入、倒入料酒大火烧开5分钟左右、捞出晾凉后。
  • 4.放凉后的五花肉、切成小块、大小根据自己的。
  • 5.锅洗净,放入1汤匙(15ml)的油,放入冰糖煮化,待冰糖液颜色变深时,倒入五花肉块,翻炒均匀、加入老抽、八角、桂皮等。
  • 6.加入开水,没过红烧肉,烧开,撇去浮沫。
  • 7.另取一砂锅、葱切开铺在下面、可防止粘锅。
  • 8.把在炒锅内烧开的肉肉倒入砂锅、再次烧开去浮沫、调味、小火炖2个小时。
  • 9.2小时后、当肉汤收浓变粘稠时即可。
