这种竹笋是生长在澜沧江畔的一种野生笋叫茨竹笋,色泽金黄,含有丰富的粗纤维和氨基酸,能够调节食欲,促进肠胃蠕动,从而缩短固醇、脂肪等物质在体内的停留时间,是防止肠癌和减肥的天然保健食品。由于路途遥远,野笋到集市时都老化了,所以村民们常常把野笋放入煮锅中煮熟后才拿到集市上出售,保留了野笋的新鲜味。

Steps to make 腊肠炒山笋

  • 1.腊肠洗洗外表,然后切成稍厚的片状。
  • 2.把买回来的熟茨竹笋放水里漂洗干净,然后切成小段。
  • 3.大韭菜叶洗净切段,蒜去皮拍碎。
  • 4.炒锅上火,倒入少许油润润锅,放入腊肠煸炒出油。
  • 5.腊肠煸出油后放入蒜末炒香。
  • 6.放入茨竹笋翻炒一会。
  • 7.放入大韭菜叶翻炒翻炒。
  • 8.放入适量盐和少许味精翻炒均匀即可。
