核桃酥饼
核桃酥饼是我经常做的一款饼干,因为家人都爱吃,做法简单。糖的用量可以根据自家的口味调整,我家不太爱吃甜,所以减少了糖的用量。

  • 低筋面粉300克
  • 无盐黄油150克
  • 核桃仁80克
  • 熟黑芝蔴15克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白砂糖80克
  • 小苏打粉3克
  • 泡打粉3克
  • 蜂蜜10克

Steps to make 核桃酥饼

  • 1.准备原材料。
  • 2.将核桃仁切碎备用。
  • 3.将软化的黄油倒入盆中,加入白砂糖,蜂蜜,鸡蛋混合搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再筛入低筋面粉,小苏打粉和泡打粉。
  • 5.加入核桃仁和黑芝麻。
  • 6.用手抓拌均匀和成面团。
  • 7. 烤盘中铺上烘焙纸,取20克面团揉匀后稍按扁放入烤盘中。
  • 8.烤箱预热后,将烤盘移入烤箱,180度烤30分钟左右,烤好后先不要取出,用余温烤3-5分钟。(烘烤时间和温度,依据烤箱火力而定)
