  • 1.蛾去翅膀,这个买的时候已经处理好了
  • 2.用开水焯10分钟
  • 3.捞出反复用清水清洗干净
  • 4.锅里放入比平时炒菜多一点的油,放入蛾慢火慢慢煎
  • 5.煎五分钟的时候加入干辣椒,在煎两三分钟
  • 6.喜欢孜然的可以加一点、不喜欢就不要放,出锅啦
