曾今看书上说过动物血有清洁体内垃圾的作用,但最好是早上吃,也忘记了啥根据,呵呵,但做成酸辣味的还是蛮下饭的^_^

  • 水淀粉5克

Steps to make 泡菜鸭红

  • 1.鸭红改小块,用水泡着,去腥味;泡菜切条,泡芹菜切段,泡红椒切马耳状;卤肉切小片。
  • 2.先热锅,然后把卤肉下去煸出油。
  • 3.泡红椒炒出红油。
  • 4.泡菜也放下去炒。
  • 5.泡菜炒出香味再放鸭红,加少许水,中火烧到水收一收。
  • 6.然后加鸡精和酱油,水淀粉勾芡就可以出锅了。
  • 7.今天的早饭:肉末高合菜包子 泡菜鸭红加白粥^_^。
