泰式鲜虾银耳沙拉

Steps to make 泰式鲜虾银耳沙拉

  • 1.银耳提前泡发。
  • 2.去蒂洗净撕小朵。
  • 3.虾去头在壳去虾线洗净,放入少许胡椒粉、料酒腌制十分钟左右。
  • 4.洋葱切丝、小红辣椒、蒜切碎。
  • 5.碗中放入辣椒、蒜末、鱼露、青柠汁、糖搅拌均匀成沙拉汁备用。
  • 6.银耳,虾仁、香芹分别入开水锅中焯熟,入事先准备好的冰水中浸泡片刻。
  • 7.捞出沥干备用。
  • 8.放入切好的洋葱丝。
  • 9.倒入调好的沙拉汁拌匀即可。
