芙蓉花开
当繁华褪去冬天到来,芙蓉花便开始盛情绽放。大大的花盘,成簇成团,仿佛要把瘦冬的面貌改写,清寂的冬季和芙蓉的繁花似锦,让黯淡的心也明媚起来。
用最普通的食材——草鱼,做了这道菜。在这寒冷的冬日,让心情靓丽起来。

Steps to make 芙蓉花开

  • 1.准备原料:草鱼一条
  • 2.准备辅料:胡萝卜、芹菜、土豆、番茄沙司、面粉
  • 3.将草鱼清洗干净将鱼肉与鱼骨分离
  • 4.把鱼肋骨刺也剔除干净
  • 5.斜刀片鱼片
  • 6.这些差不多是一朵花所用的鱼片
  • 7.一边撒粉一边用擀面杖捶打鱼片
  • 8.捶打到鱼片透明的样子
  • 9.油锅烧至5成热的时候,下入鱼片
  • 10.炸成金黄色捞出
  • 11.要散放在碟子里
  • 12.土豆微波叮熟擀成泥
  • 13.胡萝卜切丝备用
  • 14.芹菜取大叶子洗净备用
  • 15.将土豆泥捏成适中的大小
  • 16.把炸好的鱼片插在土豆泥上,围成一朵花的样子,用胡萝卜、芹菜叶做装饰,番茄沙司做调味,芙蓉花这道菜就做好了。
