  • 3.肉馅放白糖,白胡椒,葱末,酱豆腐(少许),食用油提前腌好备用
  • 4.蒜末,葱末,姜末切好备用
  • 5.炒锅放油,小火,放入葱姜蒜肉馅煸炒出香味
  • 6.放入郫县豆瓣酱煸炒
  • 7.肉香煸炒变色即可
  • 8.放入焯好的豆腐
  • 9.放入白糖适量调味
  • 10.放入纯净水少许(20ML)盖锅盖,小火,煨一下豆腐
