  • 全蛋液25g
  • 110g
  • 白糖45g
  • 1.25ml
  • 酵母5ml

Steps to make 扁桃仁餐包

  • 1.除黄油外的全部材料放进面包桶,搅拌至无干粉状态后再放软化的黄油,继续搅拌
  • 2.检查状态,可以慢慢用手撑开薄膜,用手指捅破,呈光滑的圆孔即可
  • 3.将面团揉圆后放入碗中,盖上保鲜膜发酵1小时
  • 4.发酵至2-2.5倍大后取出
  • 5.揉匀,排气,再均匀的分成7等分,放入烤盘中
  • 6.放入烤箱,进行第二次发酵,35度,45分钟
  • 7.发至2倍大后取出
  • 8.刷上蛋液,撒上一些扁桃仁片
  • 9.入烤箱,上下火170度,烤15分钟左右
  • 10.取出放凉后脱模即可
