Steps to make 黑芝麻小蛋糕

  • 1.所用材料
  • 2.鸡蛋打入盆中,加入糖,几滴柠檬汁(去腥,也可用白醋代替)
  • 3.用电动打蛋器高速打发,提起打蛋器能在蛋糊上留下清晰的痕迹不易消失即可。
  • 4.一次性倒入筛好的淀粉和低粉(提前混合过筛),从2点至8点方向刮拌并迅速转动打蛋盆,至无颗粒状。
  • 5.顺刮刀慢慢倒入牛奶和玉米油
  • 6.再次快速拌匀。
  • 7.在蛋糊中加入一大勺炒熟的黑芝麻快速拌匀
  • 8.蛋糕机提前预热,并用硅胶刷刷上一层薄油
  • 9.倒入模具中约九分满的的蛋糊。
  • 10.在表面再洒上一点黑芝麻
  • 11.盖上蛋糕机的盖子,等约3分钟的时间
  • 12.指示灯熄,表示蛋糕已经成熟,如果喜欢表皮脆一点的,可以在锅中略焖再出炉。
