Steps to make 盐焗虾

  • 1.新鲜的活虾剪去头部的虾枪。
  • 2.剪去虾须虾脚。
  • 3.12只虾全部剪完。
  • 4.葱姜蒜适量切丝,加入一勺料酒,半勺一品鲜酱油(可以不放),少许胡椒粉,糖抓匀腌制15分钟。
  • 5.腌好的大虾用厨房纸吸去水分。注意:一定要把水分吸干,图片上这样不行,还得换纸吸水。
