  • 1.猪里脊切成细丝,倒入少许淀粉、酱油、料酒、半个蛋清搅拌匀,腌制30分钟
  • 2.将甜面酱倒入碗中,加入白糖和香油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.豆腐皮洗干净放锅中焯水。
  • 4.莴笋切成细丝,下锅焯水。
  • 5.焯好的豆腐皮切成小方块,摆入盘中。
  • 6.锅烧热后倒油,放入少许姜丝,倒入腌好的肉丝,迅速划散,炒至肉丝变色。
  • 7.倒入甜面酱,再加少许酱油翻炒,待所有肉丝都均匀地沾上酱即可出锅盛盘。
