  • 6.切小方块。

  • 8.炒至冰糖融化微微变色。
  • 9.加入五花肉翻炒。
  • 10.五花肉炒至变色,加入少许料酒。
  • 11.加入葱姜翻炒。
  • 12.加入老抽适量,大约30ml。
  • 13.加入生抽适量。
  • 14.加入开水没过五花肉。
  • 15.加入十三香。
  • 16.加入卤水汁少许。
  • 17.加入白胡椒粉。
  • 18.加入红葱酥。
  • 19.加入盐。
  • 20.加入八角、香叶。
  • 21.加入去壳鸡蛋,盖盖炖煮30-40分钟。
  • 22.油菜焯水投凉备用。
  • 23.五花肉炖至汤汁粘稠。
  • 24.关火加入蒜末。
  • 25.完成。
