  • 葡萄干30粒
  • 果味伏特加或兰姆酒20克

Steps to make 五福临门——五味果仁汤圆

  • 1.一锅水煮开,放入汤圆煮熟。
  • 2.准备好的坚果类食材。
  • 3.炸熟以后用吸油纸吸去多余的油份。
  • 4.放入一次性袋子中用硬物敲成细小的果仁碎。
  • 5.敲碎后放入碗中,加入芝麻,葡萄干拌匀。
  • 6.煮好的汤圆放入分6个盘中,用汤匙压制中间带凹。
  • 7.用小汤匙将拌好的坚果放入压好的汤圆中间。
  • 8.剩下的6个汤圆滚上一层坚果糖衣。
  • 9.6个全部做好装盘。
  • 10.果酒味的伏特加是用来浇在7号图的汤圆上的。
