Steps to make 紫薯玫瑰

  • 1.1.将紫薯蒸熟晾凉去皮捣烂备用。
  • 2.牛奶加热倒入酵母粉搅拌均匀,静置5分钟后倒入面粉(加糖)。
  • 3.活成面团后加入紫薯,活拌均匀。温暖处发酵成2倍大。
  • 4.排气、静置10分钟。将面团取出后分割成无数小面团。
  • 5.取6个面团,擀成小薄片。(饺子皮大小)。
  • 6.将六个薄片摆好,从右自左分别卷起来。
  • 7.将卷好的面卷从中间切断。
  • 8.稍微摆弄几下就成了美丽的玫瑰花。
  • 9.冷水上蒸锅,15分钟就可以出锅了。好舍不得吃。
