黄金泡菜の白萝卜
深秋的季节,到了开始做泡菜的时候,
做泡菜常用的蔬菜不外乎:大白菜、萝卜、卷心菜等,
泡菜基本以辣味为主,
多被冠以韩式泡菜的名菜,
今年改做不辣的泡菜,
正好有白萝卜准备腌咸菜,
先做萝卜泡菜;

  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 生姜一小块
  • 莱阳梨半个
  • 韩式辣椒酱二饭勺
  • 白糖二饭勺

Steps to make 黄金泡菜の白萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜洗净,去掉萝卜皮上疤痕,勿要去皮,
  • 2.切成指头粗细的萝卜条;半个胡萝卜同样切成条;一个胡萝卜分二半,一半腌制,一半做酱料;
  • 3.在萝卜条上撒适量的盐,用手翻拌均匀,腌制一至二个小时;盐的用量自行调整,一边腌一边尝,一个白萝卜大约放了5-6克盐;
  • 4.腌至萝卜出水,倒掉水分;
  • 5.一个莱阳梨去皮留一半,另一半用在煮的银耳汤中;胡萝卜、蒜、姜、梨均切成丁;
  • 6.把切好的辅料放入搅拌杯中,放入图中的饭勺二饭勺的糖,
  • 7.一饭勺的芝麻酱,
  • 8.二饭勺的韩式辣椒酱;
  • 9.用手持搅拌棒打成细细的泥;
  • 10.控掉水分的白萝卜装在保鲜袋里,把酱料倒进去,
  • 11.用手隔着袋子揉搓几下,酱料与萝卜混匀即可,扎紧袋口放入冰箱冷藏,一天以后即可食用;
