我和女儿都非常喜欢韩式辣酱的味道,常常用它来做吃的,辣酱汤、炒年糕、腌泡菜、做寿司,或者直接就夹在馒头里吃,那种甜甜辣辣香香的味道,真的好棒!
有时候我用它来做泡菜,腌制一些白菜、萝卜,会放进去一些苹果或者梨作为配菜。后来我发现,腌制出来的苹果和梨比白菜萝卜还受欢迎,早早就被挑着吃干净了。干脆,直接做个辣酱泡苹果吧,吃个过瘾!

  • 4.取一个保鲜盒,将苹果片放进去。
  • 5.倒入辣酱汁。
  • 6.盖上盖子,放冰箱24小时即可食用。
