照烧鸡腿
照烧鸡腿是一道日式料理,但并不是只有在日料店才能吃到,自己在家也能做哦~~

  • 鸡腿2只(琵琶腿)
  • 黄酒3茶匙
  • 生抽3茶匙
  • 蜂蜜1茶匙
  • 红糖1茶匙
  • 白糖1/2茶匙

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿

  • 1.鸡腿去骨
  • 2.去骨的鸡腿把肉厚的地方切几刀,让鸡腿薄厚均匀更容易熟。
  • 3.在用刀背轻轻排一遍,让鸡腿肉更松嫩。
  • 4.处理好的鸡腿,放入少许胡椒粉、1/2茶匙白糖、1茶匙黄酒
  • 5.再加入1茶匙生抽酱油
  • 6.加入调料后抓匀腌渍2小时
  • 7.腌渍鸡腿的时候来调一碗照烧汁:1份红糖、2份黄酒、1份生抽,1/2茶匙老抽
  • 8.再加入1茶匙蚝油
  • 9.加入一份蜂蜜,和少许清水调匀备用。
  • 10.锅中放1茶匙食用油,放入腌渍好的鸡腿,皮朝下煎制。(不粘锅可以不放食用油)
  • 11.煎至八成熟放入调好的照烧汁。
  • 12.中小火煮开,小火焖煮几分钟。
  • 13.用筷子轻松扎透没有汁冒出,大火把汤汁收浓即可。
  • 14.出锅、切块、装盘,来碗米饭,开吃吧!
  • 15.成品!
