Steps to make 火腿年糕汤

  • 1.准备好材料,红萝卜切丁,火腿切丁,玉米和青豆解冻,用冷水洗一洗;
  • 2.将年糕煮至透心,再就冷清水冲洗,也叫过冷河;
  • 3.将青豆、红萝卜和玉米焯熟,捞起滤水备用;
  • 4.将火腿放在锅煸香;
  • 5.再放2饭碗清水或高汤,慢火熬约20分钟;
  • 6.将青豆、玉米、红萝卜、年糕倒入锅里,点入精盐,撒少许胡椒粉,等水烧开,放麻油1/2小匙,可装盘食用。
