宝宝辅食——松饼
之前看过很多松饼,铜锣烧皮的做法,有些材料我们如果平时不做烘焙家里就不会准备。我是个超级喜欢做吃的给家里人吃的宝妈,可是呢做烘焙得败不少钱啊。而且带宝宝也没那个时间去折腾,所以都是用手上有的,家里常见的材料去做吃的。今天这款松饼呢,也称不上正宗的松饼,而是根据松饼的原理尝试的一款适合七八个月宝宝吃的小零嘴,如果宝宝吃腻了米粉,粥之类的辅食,宝妈们何不尝试给她做一款这样的小饼呢,宝宝应该很乐意吧,我家的小西瓜,出乎意料的很喜欢吃。宝宝爱吃,当妈的就没白折腾,哈哈!

  • 面粉一小碗
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 猪油1勺
  • 奶粉1勺
  • 白糖可有可无
  • 60ml

Steps to make 宝宝辅食——松饼

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.鸡蛋取蛋黄打散(一岁内宝宝不可以吃蛋白,所以不加,超过一岁的可以用整个鸡蛋),黄油融化,一勺奶粉60ml得水泡好(我用奶粉来代替牛奶,因为一岁内宝宝不能喝一般的牛奶)
  • 3.首先将鸡蛋黄打散,然后加两三颗糖(也可以不加,但是我家小西瓜最近胃口不太好,加几颗提提味),再倒入黄油
  • 4.然后加入面粉拌匀,这时候会发现面糊会比较干,因为没有鸡蛋白的加入,不要着急
  • 5.然后加入适量的冲好的奶粉(我家小西瓜还是不爱喝奶粉,可得把打开的奶粉消灭掉)然后搅拌均匀,具体放多少,看你面糊的粘稠状态,能滴落就行
  • 6.然后放入冰箱冷藏几小时,待面糊更粘稠一点拿出来
  • 7.取不粘锅,到入面糊糊,摊成饼状,(也可以摊的小一点,适合宝宝拿的)
  • 8.待下面煎的差不多就到面煎熟,我们不要求多好看,只要求宝宝爱吃,吃的健康,吃的开心(追求美感的宝妈可以将饼煎的色泽均匀点)
  • 9.我家小西瓜吃的很欢快,一块接着一块,特别香甜
