  • 1.准备主要的材料:排骨,鸡蛋
  • 2.排骨,洗干净,加入黑胡椒,料酒腌制20分钟
  • 3.鸡蛋打碎
  • 4.加入一把面粉,咸盐少许,搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌均匀,备用
  • 6.把腌制好的排骨裹上鸡蛋液入锅炸至金黄
  • 7.开小火,开始炸至
  • 8.炸至金黄出锅备用
  • 9.葱姜蒜,干辣椒,八角,香壳,陈皮,桂皮,香叶,都准备好,一把冰糖
  • 10.锅内加少许水,放入所有的配料,加入老抽,咸盐,鸡精 ,耗油,料酒,开小火
  • 11.炸好的肉放入,开小火开始焖
  • 12.焖十五分钟以后,加入一勺白酒,和香油,在焖5分钟,关火就可以了~~~
