黑暗料理——黑炭牛肉干
是根据文怡老师的配方做的,但我有些材料没有及时备齐,所以减少了,味道还是很不错,只是颜色比较深,黑呼呼的,有点丑,原本还想配个洋酒美美的、惬意的享受一番,结果自己给自己开了个玩笑。将牛肉烤得那么黑,好吧,我只好苦笑着尝尝它的味道了,哎,还别说,吃起来还真不错,有嚼劲,也顾不了嘴巴黑乎乎了,赶紧消灭

  • 牛肉500g
  • 生姜5片
  • 酸瓣3片
  • 5g
  • 生抽10ml
  • 蚝油5g
  • 料酒10ml
  • 白砂糖15g
  • 蜂蜜5g
  • 黑胡椒3g
  • 辣椒粉5g
  • 孜然粉3g
  • 辣椒油15g
  • 食用油10ml

Steps to make 黑暗料理——黑炭牛肉干

  • 1.牛肉清洗干净侵泡在水中约半个小时,主要是为了去掉血水,然后再次清洗净
  • 2.顺着纹路切成食指粗细的牛肉条,蒜瓣拍扁
  • 3.把牛肉条,蒜瓣,生姜和所有调料放入容器中用手充分抓均匀
  • 4.用保鲜膜盖好,放入冰箱冷藏5小时左右(时间越长越好,方便入味)
  • 5.牛肉腌好后,从汤汁中捞出来,平铺在锡纸上,表面刷上薄薄的油
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱,上下火180度,烤25分钟,再取出翻面,然后再放入烤箱烘烤15分钟直至牛肉变干
  • 7.翻面看了比较干,我又刷了薄薄的一层油
  • 8.这样香喷喷的牛肉干就出炉啦
