Steps to make 冰心粽

  • 1.水晶粉50克加200克的水拌匀,加入适量蜂蜜调味。一碗加入青汁粉调成清新绿,建议少放些,否则炒出来不够透亮。
  • 2.我先用白色的水晶粉盖上保鲜膜放入微波炉加热3分钟,结果翻车了,变成了硬棒棒的一团,果断放弃!绿色的水晶粉又加了200g左右的水,就是60克的粉加400g左右的水,用不沾锅炒致透亮即可。
  • 3.紫薯用蒸锅蒸熟,平底锅中放入适量黄油,玫瑰酱和紫薯炒均做馅备用。
  • 4.芒果切成小丁。
  • 5.我没有粽子叶,用做蛋糕的油纸折成三角形模具称热包好粽子,放入冰箱冷藏2小时即可食用。口感还是不错的。
