杏鲍菇萝卜排骨煲

Steps to make 杏鲍菇萝卜排骨煲

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.排骨用清水冲洗10分钟。
  • 3.免火再煮锅内胆加入适量的清水,放入葱姜,白酒,大料,香叶。
  • 4.排骨入开水中焯烫洗净。
  • 5.然后放入内胆锅中煮上15分钟。
  • 6.萝卜去皮和杏鲍菇洗净切片。
  • 7.15分钟后放入萝卜和杏鲍菇。
  • 8.加盖大火继续煮至10分钟。
  • 9.然后关火把内胆锅放入外锅中,加盖焖至40分钟。
  • 10.40分钟后取出内胆锅,放置火上,加盐。
  • 11.在加胡椒粉调味即好。
