  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.过筛的面粉加入2克的小苏打,加入适量的清水和成面皮光滑的面团
  • 3.揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 4.将面团分成每份50克的小面团
  • 5. 取一小面团擀成薄片,挤入豆沙馅
  • 6.用虎口将收口包紧,揪掉多余的面团,面团轻轻压扁,滚圆
  • 7. 周边沾点水,滚上芝麻
  • 8.逐个弄好放入铺有油纸的烤盘中
  • 9.烤箱链接好手机设置并提前预热,上下火185度,25分钟,烤10分钟左右面团就会裂开吐蜜,裂开后稍烤至表皮微黄即可
