  • 牛奶70g
  • 50g
  • 黄油50g
  • 山核桃30g
  • 果干80g
  • 巧克力40g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 果干少许

Steps to make 圣诞巧克力咕咕霍夫面包

  • 1.材料备齐,果干用温水或者朗姆酒泡软。
  • 2.面团材料除黄油外全部放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.揉成团后加入黄油揉出相对薄的膜。再加入控干水份的果干揉匀。滚圆进行基础发酵。0了。
  • 4.发酵好的面团擀开。
  • 5.卷起,收紧封口。
  • 6.首尾相连,光滑面冲下,放入学厨7寸咕咕霍夫模具中进行二次发酵。
  • 7.发酵到8分满,烤箱下层,180度,烘烤25分钟左右。中途加盖锡纸避免烤糊。出炉后脱模放凉备用。
  • 8.淡奶油加热到50度后倒入巧克力中,融化,拌匀。
  • 9.淋在面包表面,表面再用完整的山核桃仁,蔓越莓干,糖粉等进行装饰即可。
