Steps to make 清蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.将大闸蟹放水中吐净脏东西,用牙刷刷干净螃蟹身上的泥沙,剪去指环标记,捆绑大闸蟹的绳子不用解开。
  • 2.锅中放入水,加切好的姜片和黄酒,大火烧开后将大闸蟹肚子朝上放入蒸锅中,蟹上放一些姜丝。用姜末、蒜末、生抽、陈醋、少量冰糖调成蘸汁,一起上锅,盖上锅盖蒸15分钟左右。
  • 3.蒸熟的螃蟹解绳盛盘,沾汁食用即可。
