Steps to make 茄汁带鱼

  • 1.带鱼去掉内脏,切块。
  • 2.加入盐,花椒粉,料酒,葱花,姜丝,拌匀腌制两小时。
  • 3.带鱼蘸取面粉,抖掉多余的粉。
  • 4.电饼铛加入植物油预热,放入带鱼。
  • 5.煎3分钟后翻面,继续煎至两面金黄。
  • 6.锅中加入少量植物油,放入番茄火锅底料,加入适量清水烧开。
  • 7.加入水淀粉推匀,放入带鱼翻炒均匀即可。
