干贝蒸萝卜
节日菜,少不了蒸菜,一方面是因为做起来方便,另一方面也求个美好的寓意,期望来年蒸蒸日上,日子越过越好。
今天这道菜用到了干贝和萝卜,成菜口味儿清淡,很适合过年过节做为宴客菜。
材料:白萝卜或者绿萝卜 干贝 葱姜 红辣椒
调料:高汤 生抽 盐 糖 料酒

    Steps to make 干贝蒸萝卜

    • 1.干贝加高汤料洒葱姜上笼蒸20分钟。
    • 2.准备大萝卜。
    • 3.将萝卜切四方条,我还用模具切了几个圆形的,切好后加盐抓腌。
    • 4.准备小料,葱姜和红辣椒。
    • 5.小料切碎,干贝碾成贝丝。
    • 6.起煮锅烧水,将萝卜快速焯一下水。
    • 7.然后淋水摆盘。
    • 8.起炒锅,倒油,炒香小料,炒香干贝丝,加高汤及调料煮开。
    • 9.将炒好的料倒在萝卜上面,上笼蒸10分钟,开锅放上葱花儿就好了。
