坤博砂锅烤红薯
最近被 “干烧急冷都不破”的坤博砂锅给深深地诱惑了,于是试了一次砂锅版的烤红薯

    Steps to make 坤博砂锅烤红薯

    • 1.准备砂锅,不要用水清洗哦,特别是锅底白圈,完全不要碰水,用拧干的湿毛巾把锅里面擦干净就可以开始烤了;
    • 2.把红薯清洗干净,尽量选择大小接近的红薯;
    • 3.砂锅里放入烤架;
    • 4.在烤架上面,用锡纸,把砂锅的边缘都包围起来,用两张的锡纸,十字交叉,把砂锅包好,这样烤的时候,水分才不会流到砂锅的底部;
    • 5.把红薯整齐的排入砂锅中,盖上砂锅盖;
    • 6.开始烤,大约30分钟,中间翻一次面(这个要根据红薯的大小来调整烤的时间);
    • 7.判断红薯是不是已经熟了,可以用筷子在比较大的红薯中间,插下,如果能顺利的插进去,那说明红薯已经熟了;
    • 8.然后关火,不要打开盖子,继续焖约10分钟,待砂锅不再烫手的时候,美味的红薯就可以开吃了
    • 9.最后记得把砂锅擦干净后,倒扣过来,放在通风、干燥的地方;
    • 10.美味的红薯,香、甜、糯;
