Steps to make 白果鸡蛋羹

  • 1.白果去壳去皮,洗净。
  • 2.将白果倒入锅中,加入两碗水,大火煮开后改小火。
  • 3.炖白果的时间,将一个鸡蛋磕入碗中,打散。
  • 4.将藕粉用温开水调匀。
  • 5.白果炖15分钟左右至软烂。
  • 6.用勺子将鸡蛋一勺勺浇到锅中。
  • 7.待鸡蛋花成型后,倒入藕粉。
  • 8.边煮边搅拌,煮至沸腾,颜色透明即可。
  • 9.香糯粘滑的白果鸡蛋羹就做好了,藕粉是甜的,所以不用另外加糖,特别喜欢吃甜的,可以根据自己的口味酌情加糖。
