  • 粘米粉400g
  • 2匙

Steps to make 广式萝卜糕

  • 1.白萝卜去皮,刷丝备用。
  • 2.腊肠切丁备用。
  • 3.干瑶柱洗净,泡发后撕碎(泡干瑶柱的水不要倒掉,后面拌粉的时候可以加进去)。
  • 4.干香菇洗净,泡发后切丁(泡干瑶柱的水不要倒掉,后面拌粉的时候可以加进去)。
  • 5.锅中倒入少许油,下入腊肠丁煸炒。
  • 6.再下瑶柱丝炒香。
  • 7.倒入萝卜丝、香菇丁,翻炒一下。
  • 8.加入盐。
  • 9.再加入少许白糖。
  • 10.根据个人口味加入适量黑胡椒粉(我喜欢比较辣的,就多加了一些)。
  • 11.把所有材料翻炒至融合,萝卜变软出水,即可关火。
  • 12.倒入粘米粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 13.如果萝卜出的水分不多,可逐点加入适量清水,使得粉与其他材料充分混合。
  • 14.然后盛出来装盘子,隔水蒸,水开后蒸半个小时即可。
  • 15.放凉后即可切块吃咯!
  • 16.也可用平底锅煎至两面金黄,更香脆可口哦!
