Steps to make 手工面包

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将除黄油外的材料混合,用力揉面。
  • 3.揉至半扩展状态时加黄油,继续揉至完全扩展,能拉出手套膜为止。
  • 4.第一次发酵约40分钟。
  • 5.发酵好后,将面团分成9份,静置15分钟。
  • 6.豆沙馅也分9等份备用。
  • 7.用一份面,包入一份馅,滚圆。
  • 8.滚圆,第二次发酵45分钟。
  • 9.发酵好后擦蛋液,沾少许芝麻。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,15分钟。
