广式馒头
作为广东人,一直都喜欢吃广式包点,可是自己却做不出来。经过大师的指点,今天终于找到一个适合懒人做广东包子馒头的方法了,不用花时间发面也能做出松软的馒头,下面分享一下做法吧。

  • 低筋面粉500g
  • 酵母3g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 白砂糖120g

Steps to make 广式馒头

  • 1.低筋面粉加入酵母、泡打粉和白砂糖。
  • 2.牛奶或清水加热到不烫手。
  • 3.把温牛奶或温水倒入面粉中揉成光滑不粘手的面团。
  • 4.用擀面杖把面团擀薄,然后卷起来,用刀切成一个个小馒头。
  • 5.蒸锅里放约50度左右的热水,蒸笼刷一层油,把馒头放进蒸笼醒发约半个小时。
  • 6.醒发好后大火蒸20分钟,停火3分钟后揭盖。
