豆面汤圆
豆面汤圆是云南传统小吃,在昆明,通常都跟豆花米线一起出现,吃豆花米线通常就会点上一份豆面汤圆,豆花米线要辣,豆面汤圆要甜。吃起来有滋有味。
豆面汤圆有包馅儿的,有不包馅儿的,但是外面都要滚上一层熟的黄豆面,再淋上红糖水,汤圆糍糯,黄豆面细腻、红糖香甜,口感丰富~

Steps to make 豆面汤圆

  • 1.食材如图。
  • 2.黄豆放炒锅中,用最小火慢慢炒熟。
  • 3.炒熟的黄豆会裂开,颜色微黄,有香味。
  • 4.炒好的黄豆放凉后用料理机打成黄豆粉。
  • 5.把黄豆粉过一下筛,会比较细腻。
  • 6.红糖加适量水,煮开成红糖水,放冷备用。
  • 7.煮一锅水,水开后放入汤圆。
  • 8.中火煮至汤圆浮起来就可以。
  • 9.捞出汤圆滚上一层黄豆面。
  • 10.淋上红糖水,香甜软糯的豆面汤圆就好了~
