  • 1.准备面团料
  • 2.大碗中倒入转化糖浆,加入枧水
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入玉米油
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入面粉和奶粉
  • 7.调制成软硬适度的面团
  • 8.放入碗中,静置1小时
  • 9.芸豆馅分割成24克一个的剂子,搓圆
  • 10.面团分割成6克一个的剂子,搓圆
  • 11.取一个面剂,按扁
  • 12.放入芸豆馅
  • 13.将饼皮轻轻上推,包裹住馅料
  • 14.收口,搓圆
  • 15.月饼模中装入少量面粉,摇晃均匀,倒出
  • 16.放入月饼坯
  • 17.扣在案台上,推下手柄,压实
  • 18.提起模具,推出月饼
  • 19.所有月饼放入烤盘,表面喷水,放入预热180度的烤箱,中层,烤约5分钟,至定型
  • 20.取出,刷蛋液,放回烤箱,继续烤约15-20分钟
  • 21.表面金黄,出炉
