自制意大利蕃茄酱
正要发菜谱,看见美食天下有新年的活动了!正想着要不要把这个发到烘焙礼品来呢!思前想后,决定还是发上来吧,虽然这个蕃茄酱不是直接烘焙出来的,但是用它可以做出美味的披萨来。这个披萨可是用烤箱烘烤出来的呀!而且呀,这个蕃茄酱做出来的味道超级棒,比外面买来的现成酱更加安全卫生,真材实料!用它可以做披萨还可以拌意大利面条吃啊!而且这红红火火的样子,多么诱人,多么喜庆啊!把它放在透明的玻璃罐中送亲戚、送朋友,也是超级有面子的啊!

  • 黄油25克
  • 番茄沙司20克

Steps to make 自制意大利蕃茄酱

  • 1.原材料准备好
  • 2.蕃茄切成小于一厘米的小丁,洋葱也切成小于一厘米的小丁,大蒜拍碎,剁成末
  • 3.平底不粘锅内放黄油,融化
  • 4.倒入洋葱丁,放1克盐,中火翻炒
  • 5.洋葱丁炒至透明时,倒入蕃茄丁,继续中火翻炒
  • 6.翻炒出汤后,转小火,盖盖焖10分钟左右,随时观察汤汁的情况
  • 7.汤汁所剩无几时,打开锅盖,倒入20克番茄沙司,其主要是起到粘稠和增加一些红色的作用
  • 8.倒入蒜末,继续翻炒3分钟左右,让蒜末成熟,尝尝味道,可调入一些盐
  • 9.临出锅前,撒入适量罗勒,这个必须要有噢,没有它的参与,那这个意大利蕃茄酱也就不那么正宗喽!
  • 10.搅拌均匀,出锅喽!
  • 11.蕃茄酱放在小碗中,保鲜盒中,玻璃瓶中,自用、送人都很不错!红红火火的,做为12月新年前开篇预热,真喜庆!
